What you will do

• Oversee CASS operational, reporting, and control activities performed by BPO providers to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Review and challenge reconciliation outputs, exception management, and the safeguarding of physical assets.
• Maintain detailed evidence of oversight and control validation for audit and regulatory purposes.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and control weaknesses, supporting root cause analysis and remediation.
• Prepare Management Information (MI) and evidence packs for governance forums and audits.
• Support SMF16/24 accountabilities through evidenced oversight and timely escalation.

Requirements

• Knowledge of CASS/client assets environment, reconciliations, and control frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Confidence in challenging third-party outputs and BPO deliverables.
• Experience in operations, controls, risk, or oversight within financial services.
• Ability to work from the Bath office as part of a hybrid/flexible arrangement.
