What you will do

• Provide independent challenge and oversight over CASS controls, processes, and systems.
• Manage the identification, investigation, and remediation of CASS incidents and breaches.
• Own the CASS Committee calendar, agenda planning, and reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Oversee CASS-relevant third-party relationships, including banks and custodians.
• Maintain and update CASS control documentation, policies, and the CASS Resolution Pack.
• Analyze KPIs and KRIs to identify emerging risks and control weaknesses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a CASS oversight role within the first or second line of defense or audit practice.
• Strong working knowledge of FCA CASS rules (Client Money and/or Custody).
• Proven experience in governance, oversight, assurance, or audit-style reviews.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, and SQL skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to challenge constructively.
• Experience supporting regulatory interactions or audits.
