What you will do

  • Own day-to-day performance of core investment operations including CASS reconciliations, payments, trading, and corporate actions.
  • Lead the transformation of the back office by replacing manual processes and spreadsheets with AI and proprietary systems.
  • Design scalable, system-led processes with clear ownership and failure modes to remove unnecessary complexity.
  • Lead, develop, and retain high-performing operational teams while building a strong talent pipeline.
  • Manage operational risk and ensure strict alignment with FCA expectations, including CASS, SYSC, and Consumer Duty.

Requirements

  • Senior operational leadership experience within a fintech or digital investment platform.
  • Deep understanding of investment back-office operations (CASS, payments, settlement).
  • Proven experience designing and improving end-to-end operational processes.
  • Experience working with proprietary or internally built systems.
  • Demonstrated technology mindset with a focus on replacing manual work with AI and automation.
  • Must be based in or able to work in London on a hybrid basis.
