What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, operational teams, and IT experts to gather and refine business requirements.
• Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements, business processes, data flows, and system interactions.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to identify business needs and challenge existing practices.
• Translate business requirements into deliverables including user stories, functional specifications, and process maps.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Agile Delivery teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Contribute to change management to ensure the smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and systems.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, or Public Services.
• Solid understanding of business processes, systems, and technology-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Fluency in French and a good command of English are required.
