Senior Associate, BPO, Technology & Onboarding

What you will do

• Manage new client onboarding and integration activities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technology, and Product teams to support client and business needs.
• Investigate and resolve onboarding and system-related issues.
• Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor onboarding progress, risks, and key metrics, providing regular updates.
• Build stakeholder relationships, support the Team Lead, and share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in client onboarding, post-trade operations, or financial technology, including complex integration projects.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Interest in systems, data, and process improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Advanced certifications or relevant postgraduate study.
