Business Analyst

Location: Onsite in Limassol, Cyprus at the employer's office.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain policies, methodological materials, templates, guidelines, and process documentation.
• Document and formalize business processes using BPMN notation.
• Prepare technical specifications for the development team based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to clarify specifications and participate in acceptance of delivered solutions.
• Work with the Project Management team across multiple projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Methodologist, or Technical Writer.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with BPMN 2.0 and UML, including tools such as draw.io, Miro, Bizagi, Camunda, StormBPMN, or Business Studio.
• Understanding of business process modeling principles and familiarity with BPM CBOK and BPMN Method and Style.
• Strong analytical, structured-thinking, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting, IT, or fintech.
