Business Analyst (SRS Writer) (Fintech)

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus; hybrid model with 2 days working from home

What you will do

• Conduct detailed sessions with Product Managers and stakeholders to capture business initiatives.
• Translate initiatives into BRDs, SRS documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and system workflows.
• Prepare flow diagrams, process maps, and system logic documentation.
• Create and manage EPICs, Features, Stories, and Sub-tasks with measurable acceptance criteria.
• Define data and reporting requirements with BI teams, clarify edge cases, and validate outcomes for QA and UAT.
• Maintain version-controlled Confluence documentation for audit readiness, regulatory traceability, and multi-jurisdictional compliance.

Requirements

• BSc or BA in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent English is required; candidates must submit their resume in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Applicants must be eligible or legally authorized to work in Cyprus.
