Business Analyst (Streaming)

Location: Cyprus, with relocation to Limassol and work from a fully equipped city-center office

What you will do

• Gather, validate, and specify requirements with stakeholders as epics, features, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, business rules, and edge cases.
• Model flows, state and decision logic, and processes when this improves clarity.
• Manage requirements throughout delivery, including changes, decisions, and assumptions.
• Create and maintain a structured, searchable knowledge base covering product behavior and business rules.
• Align Product, Design, QA, and Engineering on scope, risks, dependencies, and constraints.
• Review scenarios and acceptance criteria, support QA, validate shipped features, and use AI/LLM tools to improve analysis quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in product development.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, define business rules, and produce clear, testable requirements.
• Experience understanding complex product logic, identifying gaps and risks, and documenting behavior for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong structured writing and documentation skills.
• Practical experience using modern AI/LLM tools in day-to-day analysis work.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher; documentation and discussions are conducted in English.

Hiring process

• HR interview lasting 40 minutes.
• Test task.
• Technical interview lasting 1.5 hours, followed by a one-hour final interview.
