What you will do

• Partner with regional leaders to advance the APAC qualitative consulting practice and define the regional strategy and offers.
• Lead high-impact, multi-market qualitative studies, ensuring local nuances are translated into regional strategic insights.
• Lead qual-quant convergence on strategic studies and integrate AI-supported qualitative methods into the workflow.
• Design and facilitate client and internal activation workshops to translate findings into actionable roadmaps.
• Set standards for narrative logic and storytelling quality while coaching market teams on consulting-grade delivery.
• Represent qualitative thinking as a trusted advisor in senior client forums and regional discussions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of qualitative research experience with significant multi-market exposure in APAC.
• Proven track record in consulting-led qualitative work and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in classic and new qualitative methods, including practical experience with AI-enabled research.
• Hands-on experience in facilitation, workshopping, and co-creation.
• Strong consulting mindset: strategic, commercial, and outcome-oriented.
• Ability to influence across multiple markets without formal authority.
