What you will do

• Lead strategic projects covering brand positioning, pricing, customer experience, and operating model redesign.
• Define project frameworks, objectives, and delivery milestones while ensuring operational implementation.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Leverage digital, data, and AI tools to enhance project outcomes and insight generation.
• Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategic role within luxury, consumer goods, or retail.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must.
• Proven track record in managing complex consulting projects, including planning, governance, and team coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate strategic vision into operational detail.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., GenAI, analytics, automation) in a professional context.
• Ability to work onsite in Shanghai.
