What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with customers to understand business goals, challenges, and growth ambitions.
• Identify opportunities where AI, automation, and digital solutions can create measurable business value.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to clarify needs and define the direction of AI solutions.
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements and collaborate with technical teams to shape feasible solutions.
• Coordinate stakeholders and remove obstacles to ensure the successful execution of AI-driven projects.
• Drive the structured onboarding, adoption, and continuous improvement of delivered AI solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as consulting, customer success, solution advisory, or project coordination.
• Strong interest in AI and digital innovation with practical exposure to AI tools or related projects.
• Basic programming knowledge and technical understanding to engage effectively with developers and architects.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical possibilities and vice versa.
• Structured, proactive, and action-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and active listening skills to build trust across various organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or Semantic Kernel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Teams integration for AI agents.
• Familiarity with Agent-to-Agent (A2A) patterns and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, GPT models, or Anthropic models.
• Skills in prompt engineering, orchestration, and multi-agent design.
