TL;DR

Junior Strategist (Lifecycle Marketing): Designing and implementing high-impact retention strategies and lifecycle roadmaps for fast-growing eCommerce brands with an accent on the Klaviyo ecosystem and data-driven KPIs. Focus on optimizing email and SMS channels, managing client relationships, and mentoring strategy associates to drive measurable business growth.

Location: Fully Remote (Europe preferred)

What you will do

  • Act as the primary client contact to define KPIs, build lifecycle roadmaps, and design high-impact retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with designers and email marketers to execute strategies and set up flows in Klaviyo.
  • Utilize AI for high-speed brainstorming and drafting engaging email and SMS copy.
  • Manage account scopes, budgets, and project pacing using ClickUp.
  • Guide and mentor junior Strategy Associates on workflow prioritization and execution accuracy.
  • Own client relationships, manage expectations, and present data-driven performance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master's Degree, or Certifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce or lifecycle marketing with ownership of client strategy.
  • Strong expertise in retention and lifecycle channels (email, SMS), segmentation, and optimization.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Klaviyo (or similar), Shopify (or equivalent), and subscription platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable commercial strategies.
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members and collaborating cross-functionally.
