What you will do

• Support the end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns.
• Assist in setting up and managing automated customer flows like welcome and post-purchase sequences.
• Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on user behavior.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, clicks, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creatives, and timing to improve results.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create conversion-driven content.

Requirements

• Up to 1 year of experience in email or digital marketing.
• Strong eagerness to learn and grow in email and SMS marketing.
• Basic understanding of marketing metrics and data analysis.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania.
