What you will do

• Drive membership retention and loyalty, taking ownership of NPS and retention targets.
• Build genuine relationships and proactively facilitate collaborations between entrepreneurs, creatives, and students.
• Maintain a strong floor presence to engage members and spot opportunities for connection.
• Manage the digital community via the app and community channels to sustain engagement.
• Collect and implement member feedback to continuously improve the community experience.
• Lead and support the team of Membership Hosts and coordinate with the programming team to organize events.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community management, hospitality, membership, or people-first roles.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a preferred advantage.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends based on community needs.
• Outgoing and confident personality with strong empathy and active listening skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
