What you will do

• Own and drive the annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) process end-to-end.
• Manage the global Merit process and maintain competitive, market-informed base salary structures.
• Implement EU Pay Transparency readiness, converting regulatory requirements into workable processes.
• Act as a Reward Partner, advising senior global leaders on the full spectrum of reward topics.
• Conduct job evaluations using the Mercer IPE methodology to support global job architecture.
• Contribute to redefining the company's reward philosophy during its transformation into a pure-play technology company.

Requirements

• Solid experience in compensation and total rewards, ideally within a large international organization.
• Practical experience running reward cycles such as merit, bonus, or LTI.
• Familiarity with job architecture and pay transparency requirements in an international setting.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into practical reward solutions.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to propose ideas and solve complex problems.
