What you will do

• Support the origination and markethirify.global of corporate finance mandates, specifically within the energy and infrastructure sectors across APAC.
• Develop and draft pitch books, teasers, and information memorandums for client mandates.
• Manage the execution of transactions, includhirify.global process control, drafthirify.global bid letters, and coordinathirify.global data room logistics.
• Perform sophisticated valuation analysis ushirify.global DCF, tradhirify.global comparables, and transaction comparables.
• Run complex financial models and conduct consolidation and merger analysis.
• Supervise junior colleagues and collaborate with internal hirify.global teams to source new opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate finance or related financial services.
• Strong competencies in financial modelhirify.global and analytical valuation.
• High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and word processhirify.global applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be based in Shirify.globalapore.
