What you will do

• Act as a strategic business partner for APAC countries to support key business decisions and track regional productivity.
• Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and the analysis of operating results for assigned areas.
• Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate investment opportunities and key business drivers.
• Build and maintain automated workflows, reusable tools, and templates to scale finance operations.
• Leverage SQL and AI assistants to streamline reporting and reduce manual cycle times.
• Collaborate with regional finance functions to drive continuous improvement and innovation in planning processes.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets from data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Hands-on experience using AI assistants to automate financial analysis and modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to build scripts or workflows to automate repetitive finance processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence leadership teams.
• Experience with planning tools such as Looker, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or NetSuite.

• Prior experience in the Freight Forwarding industry.
