What you will do

• Develop and maintain relationships with Trading, Sales, Engineering, and Credit stakeholders.
• Ensure transactions are pre-matched and delivered according to established SLAs.
• Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and proactively manage operational risks.
• Execute daily controls and procedures to manage non-generic business flows.
• Act as a change agent to solve root-cause problems and automate manual workflows.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual processing and improve the client experience.

Requirements

• Experience with vendor platforms such as Jasdec, JSFC, or CCASS.
• Exceptional client service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong control focus and achievement-oriented mindset.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Minimum 3 years of experience in securities settlement, inventory management, trade support, or middle office.
• Knowledge of the equities industry and financial markets.
