What you will do

• Define and execute a one-year product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for the Cashback Card.
• Drive active adoption and usage of the card to maximize retail partnership engagement.
• Specify cross-team features and execute A/B tests to refine product strategy.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of major initiatives and go-to-market execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, Operations, and Legal teams to remove dependencies.
• Present strategic narratives and OKR progress to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital product management across the full software lifecycle.
• Proficiency with product analytics tools like Mixpanel or Google Analytics.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of linking features to revenue.
• Expertise in backlog prioritization using RICE or MoSCoW frameworks.
• Ability to write detailed technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, United Kingdom.
