What you will do
- Define and manage the overall Monday.com product roadmap and governance framework.
- Design and build executive dashboards for deal progress and portfolio activities.
- Identify and implement workflow automations to improve operational efficiency.
- Translate business requirements from senior investment professionals into scalable platform solutions.
- Lead platform enhancements, upgrades, and new feature rollouts.
- Develop documentation, governance standards, and user training materials.
Requirements
- Significant experience implementing and managing Monday.com in a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of Monday.com architecture, automations, integrations, and reporting.
- Proven track record of designing scalable business processes and workflow solutions.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
- Strong project delivery and change management capabilities.
- Must be based in the London Area, UK.
Nice to have
- Experience within private equity, investment management, or financial services.
- Exposure to deal management, pipeline tracking, or portfolio monitoring processes.
- Understanding of enterprise-scale platform governance.
