What you will do
- Gather and document business requirements for ProcurementHub and convert them into detailed user stories.
- Architect and configure end-to-end procurement orchestration workflows using ORO Labs AI to automate complex intake and compliance processes.
- Partner with Strategic Sourcing and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) teams to digitize manual policies.
- Lead workshops, demonstrations, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure features meet business and security standards.
- Monitor platform adoption and usage metrics to identify friction points and propose iterative UX improvements.
- Communicate product updates, roadmap progress, and release notes to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Lead.
- Deep understanding of the "Intake-to-Pay" lifecycle, including supplier onboarding and contract management.
- Experience building complex logic in orchestration platforms (e.g., ORO Labs, ServiceNow) and writing prompts for AI agents (LLM).
- Familiarity with Ariba Invoicing, Ariba SLP, S4 HANA, or similar vendor management applications.
- Proficiency with Agile change management and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
