What you will do

• Drive strategic execution across priorities for the finance super app.
• Build and manage the operating rhythm, including OKRs, leadership updates, and decision tracking.
• Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, partnerships, and operations.
• Prepare concise decision memos, board materials, and execution plans.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies to prevent project blockers.
• Own special projects requiring senior judgment and cross-functional authority.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a strong operator driving strategic execution across teams.
• Ability to work effectively with founders, CEOs, and senior external stakeholders.
• Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with limited guidance.
• Strong English communication is required.
• Experience in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, or fintech is a strong advantage.
