What you will do
- Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of the operational resilience framework.
- Ensure important business services, impact tolerances, and supporting processes remain effective and up to date.
- Monitor, assess, and report on resilience risks, vulnerabilities, and remediation activities.
- Design and deliver scenario testing to assess resilience and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead the business continuity and crisis management frameworks across the organization.
- Act as the operational resilience subject matter expert for projects and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Strong experience in operational resilience, business continuity, and crisis management.
- Previous experience within financial services or another regulated environment.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and develop practical solutions.
- Good understanding of operational resilience regulations and industry standards.
- Must be based in the UK to utilize flexible working arrangements.
