TL;DR

Operational Resilience and Continuity Lead (Fintech): Leading the development and improvement of operational resilience, business continuity, and crisis management frameworks to ensure reliable service delivery. Focus on designing scenario testing, monitoring resilience risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance within a regulated financial environment.

Location: Must be based in the UK (flexible across hirify.global and esure locations)

What you will do

  • Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of the operational resilience framework.
  • Ensure important business services, impact tolerances, and supporting processes remain effective and up to date.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on resilience risks, vulnerabilities, and remediation activities.
  • Design and deliver scenario testing to assess resilience and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead the business continuity and crisis management frameworks across the organization.
  • Act as the operational resilience subject matter expert for projects and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in operational resilience, business continuity, and crisis management.
  • Previous experience within financial services or another regulated environment.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and develop practical solutions.
  • Good understanding of operational resilience regulations and industry standards.
  • Must be based in the UK to utilize flexible working arrangements.
