What you will do

• Plan and coordinate IT programs and projects of small to medium complexity, ensuring budget and timeline adherence.
• Manage product backlogs and roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Lead communication with key clients and internal stakeholders, providing structured progress reports and risk summaries.
• Support pre-sales by defining solutions, scope, and delivery plans for new client engagements.
• Mentor and coach team members, promoting a culture of accountability and high performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading IT programs, projects, or product initiatives.
• Proven track record in managing complex multi-stakeholder engagements in international environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and the SDLC.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, CSM, or PSPO.
• Previous experience in a technical role (Software Developer, QA, or Technical Consultant).
• Experience with product discovery techniques and UX collaboration.
