Salary: 259,000 – 379,000 PLN per year

What you will do

  • Develop and deliver scalable backend systems and data pipelines for consumer credit reporting.
  • Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Servicing, and Credit teams to design reporting systems.
  • Break down large projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases.
  • Partner with product management, design, and analytics to evaluate technical constraints and risks.
  • Monitor system availability through metrics and support on-call efforts.
  • Contribute to the engineering community by participating in the interview process.

Requirements

  • 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
  • Proficiency in Python or Kotlin.
  • Experience with distributed systems, AWS, MySQL, and Spark.
  • Ability to translate business scenarios into well-tested and extensible code.
  • Comfortable navigating large codebases and providing feedback via code reviews.
  • Must be based in Poland.
