What you will do

• Develop and maintain algorithmic trading platforms.
• Create and optimize scalable, multi-tiered applications and infrastructure.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of Core Development.
• Use technology to solve complex business and technical problems.
• Partner with engineering, networking, and trading teams across multiple regions.

Requirements

• At least 3–4 years of experience building platforms and solving business challenges.
• Strong programming skills in C++ or Python on large distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of operating systems, networks, and performance optimization.
• Strategic thinking and maturity when solving complex cross-functional problems.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, a cooperative attitude, and reliable availability.
