What you will do

• Develop the global coffee category vision and mid-term value creation plans.
• Identify portfolio gaps across price partitions and consumer need spaces.
• Lead comprehensive competitor benchmarking on product propositions, range strategies, and commercial moves.
• Analyze consumer research and usage studies to identify emerging needs beyond current category boundaries.
• Translate market insights into strategic inputs for innovation focus and value proposition development.
• Maintain key category trackers for portfolio, pricing, and competition.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, category management, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in portfolio management, pricing structures, and competitor analysis.
• Proven ability to translate consumer and market insights into clear product recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating and influencing across cross-functional teams.
