Location: Hybrid role based in the Netherlands, requiring two days a week in the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Build and own the growth strategy for Trading Cards, driving pricing, supply, and conversion.
• Shape auction planning based on market trends, collector behavior, and seasonality.
• Identify commercial gaps, test ideas, and scale successful initiatives.
• Grow and activate a strong seller pipeline in partnership with Sales.
• Lead, develop, and coach an international team of Trading Card Experts.
• Own the category P&L and make decisions to improve revenue and margin.
