What you will do

  • Lead the global downstream marketing strategy, positioning, and value propositions for the Advanced Wound Dressings portfolio.
  • Translate upstream strategy and evidence into actionable commercialization frameworks to guide regional execution.
  • Own and manage the global downstream marketing budget, allocating investments based on ROI and strategic priorities.
  • Continuously assess market trends, evolving standards of care, and competitive activity to adapt strategies.
  • Partner with Market Access, Health Economics, and Medical Affairs to develop payer-relevant narratives.
  • Develop global commercialization assets and partner with regional teams to enable effective local adaptation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in global or regional downstream marketing, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
  • Proven experience in global commercialization, portfolio management, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience owning marketing budgets and making investment decisions.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the Netherlands without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Nice to have

  • Master’s Degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Experience working across multiple regions and various healthcare systems.
  • Exposure to market access or reimbursement-influenced environments.
