What you will do

• Lead complex engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and performance baselines.
• Monitor project finances, risks, opportunities, and scope changes to protect profitability.
• Coordinate engagement between customers, project teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders to align expectations.
• Drive project execution, governance, and reporting while ensuring technical integrity and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience managing engineering or technology projects within manufacturing, defence, aerospace, or high-technology environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating cross-functional resources.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and project lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as SAP, MS Project, or Qmuzik.

Nice to have

• Formal Project Management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
