What you will do

• Lead EWoW and Legacy workstreams to ensure delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
• Manage SAP upgrade projects throughout the entire lifecycle from planning to execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive collaboration between business and technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate decision-making by participating in technical discussions and understanding proposed concepts.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong technical Project Management experience with a deep understanding of SAP upgrade projects.
• Proven experience leading large-scale global SAP projects.
• Ability to understand technical concepts without requiring hands-on consulting.
• English: Fluent written and spoken (C1)
• Strong execution mindset and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP RISE.
• German language skills.
