What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of SMB customers, developing high engagement with key decision-makers.
- Analyze customer business needs to maximize their usage of the platform.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop new business within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews and presentations for senior stakeholders using data analytics.
- Execute up-selling and cross-selling strategies to exceed quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product integrations during roll-outs.
Requirements
- Native or near-native French language proficiency.
- Fluent English (C1 level).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or customer success.
- Strong ability to analyze and translate data for clients.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
