What you will do
- Lead the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of services across the anti-fraud portfolio.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive developments.
- Define and execute product and service strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Develop and validate business cases, service proposals, CAPEX requests, and strategic tender submissions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies globally.
- Manage and support Service Development Managers/Directors to achieve strategic and commercial objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Trade, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Significant experience in service development, product management, or commercial leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing profitable service portfolios.
- Experience leading cross-functional and international teams within a matrix organization.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- Strong knowledge of technology-enabled services and digital solutions.
