TL;DR

Global Sales Category Manager (Lifestyle): Acting as the commercial link between publishing studios and local offices to drive growth in the TCG and Accessories categories with an accent on go-to-market strategies and commercial alignment. Focus on coordinating global sales forecasts, optimizing product availability, and managing international stakeholder relationships to maximize category performance.

Location: Remote. Must have the legal right to work in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, or Canada.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary commercial contact between publishing studios, third-party publishers, and local offices for the Lifestyle category.
  • Develop and execute global Go-to-Market plans to support successful product launches and category growth.
  • Coordinate global sales forecasts and targets while monitoring market performance and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure product availability and smooth commercial execution.
  • Deliver regular reporting, market analysis, and commercial recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Commercial Planning, Business Development, or Category Management.
  • Legal right to work in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, or Canada.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills for senior-level engagement.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent commercial experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the tabletop gaming, Trading Card Game (TCG), or entertainment industries.
  • Experience working with external publishers or distribution partners.
  • Additional European language skills.
  • Passion for board games and collectibles.
