What you will do
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with mobile gaming clients as a trusted executive advisor.
- Develop tailored growth plans and conduct Business Reviews to track KPIs and partner health.
- Propose new products and features aligned with partners' strategic objectives in the mobile landscape.
- Manage escalations and mitigate risks to ensure long-term relationship stability.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery of client requests across product, engineering, and sales teams.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities to contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management managing high-value accounts.
- Experience with mobile studios, including monetization models and UA economics, is essential.
- Must be based in Europe with the ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Strong data-driven approach to translate health metrics and KPIs into business outcomes.
- High emotional intelligence for navigating difficult executive-level conversations.
Nice to have
- Experience working with international enterprise clients across multiple markets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce; familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
- Executive-level communication skills to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
