What you will do

• Define chip-level and block-level architectures for AC-DC and DC-DC converters, LDOs, and gate drivers.
• Serve as Chip Lead, owning the end-to-end technical leadership of complex IC programs from concept to production.
• Lead transistor-level design of precision analog and high-voltage circuits using BiCMOS technologies.
• Drive verification strategies, behavioral modeling, and mixed-signal simulation flows.
• Lead silicon debug, bench evaluation, and characterization to correlate results with simulations and ATE.
• Mentor junior and senior engineers and influence the long-term technology roadmaps.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in analog and power IC design with multiple successful tape-outs.
• Deep expertise in high-voltage CMOS/BiCMOS/BCD process technology.
• Proven track record in driving switching regulator IC products to high-volume production.
• Working knowledge of Cadence simulation and layout tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
