What you will do

• Implement AI solutions to enhance revenue, marketing efficiency, and customer experience.
• Analyze ecommerce and marketing data to identify growth opportunities and predict trends.
• Design and execute A/B tests and optimization initiatives to improve conversion and engagement.
• Optimize MarTech platforms for better campaign execution, personalization, and automation.
• Develop predictive forecasting models for demand, customer behavior, and revenue planning.
• Create executive dashboards and maintain data governance standards for commercial data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Marketing, or Data Science.
• At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce, growth, MarTech, AI, or commercial analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with LLMs, predictive analytics, AI agents, and machine learning applications.
