Site Service Specialist (Facilities Management)

Location: On-site in Chengdu, PRC

What you will do

• Manage IFM contracts and suppliers to deliver high-quality employee services within the site or subregion.
• Oversee day-to-day contractor activities and ensure assets are operated according to service level agreements.
• Manage campus maintenance, including roofs, walls, landscape, hardscape, and structural upkeep programs.
• Represent site services in infrastructure projects from initial positioning to room acceptance.
• Coordinate incident response and communications to prevent service interruptions.
• Monitor site operational budgets and implement strategies to maximize efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities operations, contracts, and supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in site infrastructure maintenance processes and audit readiness.
• Experience in budget management and operational efficiency optimization.
• Demonstrated capability in project management, including managing timelines and deliverables.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Chengdu, PRC
