What you will do

• Perform mechanical, electrical, and optical assembly and testing.
• Execute fiber optic processes, including polishing and termination.
• Operate vacuum systems and conduct laser application assembly, collimation, and alignment tests.
• Maintain ESD control for sensitive components and perform intricate cleaning of assemblies.
• Manage electronic records and collaborate with leadership to optimize processing times.
• Train other employees and contribute to preventative and corrective measures for product improvement.

Requirements

• GCE 'O' Level, Technical Certificate, or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in a manufacturing or process-driven environment.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and dexterity with small components.
• Competency in IT (Microsoft packages) and data recording in spreadsheets or control systems.
• Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
