What you will do

• Lead and drive sputter equipment upgrades to support new product requirements and next-generation technologies.
• Ensure hardware readiness and qualification by collaborating with equipment development teams and suppliers.
• Partner with product launch teams to enable successful New Product Introduction (NPI) into production.
• Safeguard equipment performance (OEE) during product ramp to ensure stability for high-sensitivity products.
• Proactively identify and resolve design, integration, and preventive maintenance (PM) optimization issues.
• Validate process capability and manufacturability to ensure readiness prior to production ramp.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with sputter equipment and vacuum technology.
• Experience in equipment upgrades, hardware evaluation, and qualification.
• Exposure to manufacturing ramp and high-volume production environments.
• Experience managing or supporting equipment upgrade or installation projects.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
