What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and product conversion of sputtering tools.
• Execute electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to resolve chronic machine issues.
• Collaborate with equipment and process engineering to improve tool reliability and reduce defects.
• Initiate projects to improve equipment OEE, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Apply data analytics and machine learning for advanced tool troubleshooting.
• Master vacuum technology fundamentals through continuous learning and growth.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Knowledge or experience in mechanical or electronic systems.
• Willingness to work in a clean room environment.
• Willingness to work on a 12-hour shift pattern.
• Proficiency in data analysis and MS Office skills.
