Salary: $62,100 - $82,700 USD per annum

What you will do

• Manage the overall program for National Account customers from the corporate level down to individual sites.
• Define program scope, Statements of Work (SOW), and proposals in collaboration with Sales and Client Services.
• Develop and implement account on-boarding plans and maintain key success indicators.
• Own the creation of Customer, Generator, Waste Profile, and Opportunity records.
• Develop customer-facing reporting and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Coordinate across internal departments including legal, accounting, supply chain, and materials profiling to resolve client issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, account management, and/or sales.
• Bachelor or Associate Degree in Environmental Science or a related field preferred.
• Must be based in the USA to be eligible for benefits and employment.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to hirify.global facilities and customer sites.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and CRM software.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
