What you will do

  • Manage the CLM flow and deal momentum for NDAs, sales, and buy-side agreements.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including consulting agreements, professional services agreements, and statements of work.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to generate and analyze reports for business decision-making.
  • Maintain and update legal templates via SharePoint to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Serve as a legal liaison for reporting activities and provide support for M&A operational projects.
  • Review agreements to identify and capture key legal metadata for obligation tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; paralegal certificate is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in contract administration or legal support.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office suite and ability to use CLM and Legal Ops tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
  • Must be based in Austin, TX.
