What you will do

• Drive strategic execution across finance super app priorities.
• Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, and accountability.
• Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, and finance.
• Prepare concise decision memos, board materials, and performance reviews.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies before they become serious blockers.
• Own special projects requiring senior judgement and cross-functional authority.

Requirements

• Strong operator experience driving strategic execution across teams.
• Ability to work with founders and CEOs, operating comfortably in ambiguity.
• Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in Vietnam.
• Strong English communication required.

Nice to have

• Experience in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, or fintech.
• Experience with regional expansion in Southeast Asia.
