What you will do

• Drive commercial performance, revenue growth, and market share targets in Vietnam.
• Build and expand relationships with local game publishers, developers, and platform operators.
• Lead the local go-to-market strategy for the full product suite including Webshops and Merchant of Record services.
• Represent the company externally at industry events and with government stakeholders.
• Ensure all business activities comply with local gaming, taxation, and data privacy regulations.
• Build and mentor a local team as operations scale.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in gaming, digital payments, fintech, or digital entertainment in Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
• Deep knowledge of Vietnam’s gaming market, regulatory landscape, and payment infrastructure.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
• Proven track record of business development and commercial success in a leadership role.
• Strong network within Vietnam’s gaming and tech ecosystem.
• Ability to operate with autonomy in an entrepreneurial environment.
