What you will do

• Lead the strategic transformation of Customer Care and Collections, improving service standards and BPO functions.
• Define and execute operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability across Ghana.
• Provide strategic oversight for retail operations, warehouse, and logistics.
• Manage operational budgets, forecasts, and cost-control initiatives.
• Mentor and inspire managers across all operational functions.
• Partner with global leadership to localize operational frameworks and policies.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of progressive operations experience, including 5+ years in senior management.
• Proven success leading customer care, contact centers, collections, or BPO operations.
• Experience with CRM tools, ERP systems, and inventory platforms.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Must be based in Ghana
