What you will do

• Develop innovative packaging and equipment solutions based on technical specifications.
• Translate market, cost, and technical requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Validate solutions using calculations and detailed analysis in Development Reports.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the broader organization and field teams.
• Conduct technical scouting of external expertise and solution providers.
• Collaborate with suppliers and maintain internal and external competence networks.

Requirements

• University Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in engineering development.
• Expertise in areas such as Aseptic, Sealing, Filling, Forming, or Mechanical Design.
• Experience with Systems Engineering and Verification & Validation.
• Knowledge of Advanced Virtual Engineering and Machine Material Interaction.
