What you will do

• Drive zero-to-one strategic projects for the finance super app expansion.
• Manage licensing, market entry, partner acquisition, and office setup.
• Conduct research on markets, competitors, regulations, and business models.
• Convert high-level ideas into structured plans, owners, timelines, and actionable next steps.
• Collaborate across product, legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams.
• Own and solve urgent business problems independently.

Requirements

• Must be based in Vietnam.
• Strong English communication skills and structured thinking.
• Proven ability to handle ambiguity and execute hands-on without a predefined playbook.
• Strong writing skills and sharp business judgment.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and follow through relentlessly.
