What you will do

• Design and implement key company management infrastructure, including performance management, compensation, and hiring practices.
• Develop organizational design, goal setting, and KPI planning frameworks.
• Drive high-priority special initiatives, such as funding rounds or resolving product performance issues.
• Oversee key business areas to provide critical insights and reporting to the Founder.
• Build the scalable operational infrastructure needed to support the company's expansion.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in top-tier investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or a fast-growing technology company.
• STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a globally recognized university.
• Proactive self-starter capable of developing ideas from scratch and executing them effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Fast learner with a proven ability to deliver results that directly impact business decisions.
