About the Role

In this role you will own and oversee the day to day running of core operational processes across the business You will design implement and continuously improve scalable operational workflows controls and documentation You will act as a strategic partner to the COO and C-suite translating business objectives into effective operational execution You will lead operational planning and prioritisation to support a rapidly growing organisation You will ensure accuracy consistency and integrity of operational data including oversight of reconciliations validations and reporting You will identify operational risks and inefficiencies and proactively design solutions to mitigate or resolve them You will manage and deliver cross functional operational projects and initiatives Build develop and mentor operational capability within the team as the function grows You will work closely with stakeholders across product finance legal and technology to ensure seamless integration of processes You will develop and maintain a strong understanding of products regulatory environment rules procedures and internal controls You will act as a point of escalation for complex operational issues driving issues through to resolution

Requirements

• Have experience leading an operations function in a fast growing or scaling business environment
• Have significant experience in an operations, finance, or related role, with proven ownership of processes and outcomes
• Have a strong ability to manage complexity, prioritise effectively, and deliver against deadlines
• Pay high attention to detail, balanced with the ability to think strategically
• Are comfortable rolling up sleeves and leading by example in a hands on environment
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Are self directed, solutions focused, and results driven
• Have strong problem solving and decision making capabilities
• Have experience with financial products or real world assets
• A strong interest in fintech, tokenisation, and the future of investing

Responsibilities
